Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before JULY 2025.

Passport and Visas:

• U.S. citizens must have a visa to enter Egypt.
• U.S. citizens can obtain a renewable single-entry 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Egyptian airports for a 25 USD fee. A multiple entry visa is also obtainable for 60 USD.
• The Government of Egypt has created a website for the issuance of “e-visas.” There are other websites purporting to offer electronic visas, some of which reportedly charge double the official price, but this is the only official Government of Egypt portal for this service. U.S. citizens and the citizens of 44 other countries are eligible to apply through this means in advance of their travel.
• Egyptian immigration officials occasionally have denied entry to travelers without explanation. 
• U.S. citizens who have experienced difficulty with their visa status in Egypt or are concerned about their eligibility for a visa upon arrival should apply for a visa at an Egyptian embassy or consulate prior to travel, but a visa obtained prior to entry does not guarantee admission to Egypt.
• Visas for gainful employment or study in Egypt must be obtained prior to travel.s.”

FLIGHT INFO:
This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates specified for the trip. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE into the Cairo International Airport (CAI) on December 22, 2024. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on December 21, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight for December 28, 2024.

***FYI: ONLY the roundtrip "Intraflight", water ferries and transfers between the perspective destinations are included in your group rate quoted. 

HOTEL INFO:
At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover anticipated incidental charges.
FYI: If your roommate(s) decides to not attend the trip, you are SOLELY responsible for the room charges and fees as a single occupancy traveler (please see travel insurance options below)
A full day-by-day itinerary has been provided to you in advance, if there are any changes, we will send any update 30 days prior to travel, if not earlier.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to LadyLace Travel Co and its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All hotel prices are based on a double occupancy rate. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME and Date of Birth as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 60 days prior to departure. If changes are made after the deadline, a fee will be accessed.
Prices are subject to change without notice if deposits are not received by the deadline. Please make your deposit by the deadline to secure your reservation at this low price to be locked in. If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Additionally, ALL deposits submitted remain non-refundable under any circumstance.
