TERMS, PAYMENTS & CONDITIONS:​

Making reservations for package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to LadyLace Travel Co/Travel Pink 1908 and its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All hotel prices are based on a double occupancy rate. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME and Date of Birth as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 60 days prior to departure. If changes are made after the deadline, a fee will be accessed.

Prices are subject to change without notice if deposits are not received by the deadline. Please make your deposit by the deadline to secure your reservation at this low price to be locked in. If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Travel Insurance is an (Optional ADD)- (Our travel packages are 100% non-refundable without travel insurance. No credits. No exceptions. Insurance is 100% optional but highly recommended. You can request a quote via email after deposit is submitted within 7 days for a ONE time quote or you may obtain travel insurance on your own).
