The Experience Tour 2024

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before DECEMBER 20, 2024.

All prices are based on double occupancy rooms per person and the rate of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. Please fill out the room accommodations form below, as it is MANDATORY for this tour. We offer roommate matching as well. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match” if a roommate is needed.

Americans. U.S. citizens carrying a tourist passport and in possession of an onward or return airline ticket DO NOT require visa to enter into Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If there are any changes, we will alert you via email. 

FLIGHT INFO:

This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE with an exception of group flights, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to dates specified for the trip. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE into Dubai International Airport (DXB) on JUNE 20, 2024, meaning most travelers will need to fly out of the US on JUNE 19, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight for JUNE 28, 2024 (we have a tour the day of June 27, 2024).  AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARE INCLUDED as long as its within 1 hour of group departure flight)

HOTEL INFO:
At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover anticipated incidental and local taxes.
FYI: If your roommate(s) decides to not attend the trip, you are SOLELY responsible for the room charges and fees as a single occupancy traveler (please see travel insurance options below)  A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days prior to travel, if not earlier. Feel Free to also check out our Facebook page (LadyLace Travel Company) as well for updates and travel alerts.

TERMS & POLICIES
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to LadyLace Travel Co and its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All hotel prices are based on a double occupancy rate. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 60 days prior to departure. If changes are made after the deadline, a fee will be accessed. Prices are subject to change without notice if deposits are not received by the deadline. Please make your deposit by the deadline to secure your reservation at this low price to be locked in. If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Additionally, deposits submitted remain non-refundable under any circumstance.

*DUBAI Travel Package*: Travelers must make a minimum monthly payment of $100.00 a month to hold an active Hotel/Tour reservation (no exceptions)

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance on your Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DXB) Travel Package--the cost is per person through our vendor. We have several options to choose from through other vendors below.. Please click on the link below to use the vendor that our trip is being booked through or you may choose any of the other options below.. I asked that you research the best vendor for your package.
